Code Geass: Lost Stories Ending Its Global Journey On Mobile Soon!

The strategic tower defense game, Code Geass: Lost Stories, is ceasing global mobile operations. While the Japanese version will continue, the global servers are scheduled to shut down on August 29th, 2024. This means players will lose access to their accounts after this date, and official social media channels will also close. Downloads and in-app purchases have already been disabled.

Developed by f4samurai and DMM Games, and published by Komoe, the game launched globally in September 2023, falling short of its first anniversary. While the developers haven't publicly stated the reasons for closure, low download numbers and generally unfavorable global reviews are likely contributing factors. Many licensed anime gacha games struggle to maintain player bases outside Japan due to lower spending habits in other regions.

Despite its short lifespan globally, the game found a more dedicated following in Japan. Japanese players can still access the game via the Google Play Store.
