The holiday season in Monopoly GO has been filled with excitement and festive fun thanks to the Jingle Joy sticker album, which ran from December 5, 2024, to January 16, 2025. Players have been busy collecting holiday-themed stickers, participating in special events, and amassing a variety of tokens, shields, and emojis.
Throughout this period, you might have ended up with a good number of duplicate stickers. Even after trading these extras, you may still have some left over. In Monopoly GO, these duplicates are transformed into Stars. But what happens to your extra Stars once the Jingle Joy album concludes? Let's dive in.
What Happens to Stars At the End of Jingle Joy Sticker Album?
As the Jingle Joy album reaches its end, all sticker sets and the "Stickers for Rewards" section will be reset completely. If you find yourself with a surplus of unused Stars, there's no need to fret. These remaining Stars, which you haven't used to open a vault, will automatically convert into valuable dice rolls. The conversion tops out at 700+ stars, which will give you 750 dice.
However, if you have more than 700+ stars, any extra Stars beyond this amount will unfortunately go to waste. Therefore, it's wise to use these Stars to open vaults and secure the maximum rewards before the next sticker album begins in Monopoly GO. In the Stickers for Rewards menu, you'll find three different safes, detailed as follows:

How To Get More Stars in Monopoly GO
When you receive a sticker you already have, it turns into a duplicate, which can be converted into Stars. The number of Stars you get from a duplicate depends on its rarity. A common sticker might give you just a few Stars, whereas a rare Gold sticker will yield a significantly higher amount—typically, Gold stickers are worth double.
To make the most of your Stars, avoid opening vaults without a strategic plan. Wait for a Sticker Boom event to maximize your rewards. Plan your moves carefully to ensure you're making the best use of your Stars and duplicates.
