All Oni Masks & How To Use Them
Void Oni Mask
The Void Oni Mask is a top choice for its mobility. Throw a Void Tear (Shoot Button), then teleport to its location (Aim Button while the mask is equipped). The Epic version has 15 uses and a 5-second cooldown; the Mythic version boasts 50 uses.
Fire Oni Mask
The Fire Oni Mask focuses on damage. Press the Fire Button to launch a guided flame projectile dealing 100 damage. Multiple enemies clustered together can be hit simultaneously. It has 8 uses (Epic) or 16 uses (Mythic), with an 8-second cooldown.
How To Get Oni Masks in Fortnite
Searching Elemental Chests
Elemental Chests are your best bet. They guarantee an elemental item, including Oni Masks and Boons. Both Void and Fire Oni Masks can drop, but it's a matter of chance. Named POIs offer the highest probability.
Defeating Demon Warriors
Defeat Demon Warriors (marked by Oni Mask icons on the map). They *may* drop a Void or Fire Oni Mask (depending on which they wield), along with Typhoon Blades and possibly a Boon.
Searching Chests
Regular chests offer a *chance* at Epic-rarity Void and Fire Oni Masks, but this method relies heavily on luck.
Purchase From Daigon
For a guaranteed method, purchase masks from Daigo at Masked Meadows using Gold Bars. Complete his Mask Expertise Quests to unlock this option.
Loot From Daigon's Hidden Workshop
Skip the quests! Daigo's hidden workshop (below the building north of Masked Meadows) contains a machine with both masks. Loot it like a chest for a guaranteed reward.
Defeating Bosses (Mythic Oni Masks Only)
For Mythic Oni Masks, defeat Night Rose (Demon's Dojo) for the Mythic Void Oni Mask or Shogun X (Shogun's Arena) for the Mythic Fire Oni Mask. They function identically to their Epic counterparts, but with more uses.
