Contrary to its name, Goatskin isn't a literal goat hide in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. He's a crucial character you must locate during the "Into the Underworld" main quest in Kuttenberg. Katherine will direct you to the inn, but finding him requires some stealth and cunning. Here's a simpler approach:
Locate the barn behind the tailor's shop. Climb the ladder inside to reach the upper level. Remember, this is a private area; discretion is key.
From the courtyard accessed via a drop-down from the first barn's upper level, climb onto the carriage and enter the adjacent barn through a window. Ascend to the top floor – Goatskin awaits.
Important Note: This method only works during the daytime. Goatskin changes locations at night. It's strongly recommended to save your game before interacting with him, as successful dialogue requires skill checks. Failure might result in a hefty 500 groschen bribe (150 groschen if you're initially successful).
