Activating Gold Rush significantly boosts your speed, pickaxe swing speed, and pickaxe damage against structures. It's a powerful temporary advantage, akin to other in-game buffs. There are multiple ways to unlock this valuable boost.
How To Activate Gold Rush in Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 2
Unlike some abilities, Gold Rush offers multiple activation methods. A quick dip in gold-infused water found at various locations across the map instantly activates the effect.
Alternatively, mining Gold Veins—the source of Gold Bars—also grants Gold Rush. Shiny Shafts, Fletcher Kane's primary gold supply, is an excellent place to find these veins. However, be warned: Kane and his crew are heavily armed and won't surrender their riches easily.
