Locate the Bug Catcher's Cabin Warp Spire (southwest of Florawish). Head east towards the shoreline until you see the Swan Gazebo. Follow the stone path. Facing the Gazebo, turn right towards the river. The Whimstar orb will be nearby. (Note: The orb may not be visible in all screenshots, but its location is indicated.)
