Heartfelt Thoughts are exclusively obtained from the Phantom Trial: Wish Master Chigda, accessible through a Warp Spire in the Realm of Breakthrough. Completing this trial, which requires 60 Vital Energy, rewards one Heartfelt Thought.

Important Note on Realm of Breakthrough:
The Realm of Breakthrough resets weekly, allowing rewards to be claimed only once per week. This means players can earn a maximum of one Heartfelt Thought per week. To fully evolve the Wishful Aurosa outfit (requiring seven Heartfelt Thoughts per evolution), players need seven weeks per evolution, or 21 weeks for all three.
