The Master Strike isn't immediately available; it requires a questline. After completing the tutorial, locate Bara the beggar in Troskowitz. She'll point you to Tomcat, triggering the "Combat Training" side quest.
Find Tomcat in the Nomads' Camp (near the Cumans' Camp and Bozhena's Hut). Complete "Combat Training I," then save your game before tackling the much harder "Combat Training II."
