Remember, we're focusing solely on Kevin Feige's MCU universe, so Sony's Marvel films, including the X-Men series (with the exception of Wolverine), won't be part of this discussion. Below, you can see my personal MCU tier list, crafted from years of watching and enjoying these films:
Sadly, "Brave New World" didn't live up to my expectations, landing in the D tier due to what I believe is the MCU's most clunky script to date. Similarly, my placement of 2024's "Deadpool & Wolverine" in the bottom category might surprise many, but it simply didn't resonate with me. You can read more about my thoughts on that here. However, I don't consider it the MCU's lowest point; that dubious honor goes to "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania," a film that easily earns its place in the D tier.
On the other end of the spectrum, the top tier is reserved for the five films that I believe stand out as truly exceptional. "Captain America: Civil War" and "Winter Soldier" are both S-tier for me, masterfully exploring the emotional depths and espionage thrillers within the MCU. "Thor: Ragnarok" earns its spot as one of the funniest films of the past decade, while "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Endgame" delivered a breathtaking conclusion to the saga's most crucial arc.
