Netflix Unveils Game News Teaser for September Event

Netflix Geeked Week 2024: Games, Shows, and More!

Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for its Geeked Week 2024 event, alongside the announcement of ticket sales on their website. The trailer teases exciting game announcements, including the upcoming releases of SpongeBob: Bubble Pop and the classic Monument Valley (free on Netflix).

The trailer hints at more game reveals beyond Monument Valley, sparking anticipation for what else Netflix has in store. Personally, I'm hoping to see more high-quality indie game ports added to the Netflix Games catalog, given the exceptional year for indie releases. Monument Valley is a must-play for anyone who hasn't experienced it, and now it's readily available on Netflix's iOS app. You can sign up here to play it.

Beyond games, Geeked Week 2024 promises updates on various Netflix shows. An in-person event will also take place on June 19th in Atlanta, featuring a Games Lounge where attendees can try out Netflix's latest mobile game offerings.
