Two years after their debut, the renowned Korean K-pop group Le Sserafim is set to make a spectacular comeback with an exciting collaboration event in Overwatch 2. This event is slated to launch on March 18, 2025, and promises to bring a fresh wave of excitement to fans of both the music group and the game.
As part of this unique collaboration, several heroes within Overwatch 2 will be donning new skins inspired by Le Sserafim. Ashe will see her B.O.B. companion transformed into a guard from the group's iconic past music video, while heroes like Illari, D.Va (receiving her second skin), Juno, and Mercy will also be featured with new looks. Adding to the allure, recolored versions of last year's skins will be available, selected by the members of Le Sserafim themselves, who chose characters they personally enjoy playing. These skins have been meticulously crafted by Blizzard's Korean division, ensuring a blend of cultural authenticity and gaming excellence.

The game has introduced a PvE mode with story missions (though it has faced challenges), enhanced graphics, and a roster of new heroes. In recent updates, developers have announced the return of the popular 6v6 format, previously phased out, and introduced a new perk system. Additionally, the iconic loot boxes from the original game are making a comeback, offering players more ways to customize their gameplay experience.
