by Gabriel May 23,2025

Sony has unveiled a new game titled Mukti, developed by underDOGS Studio, as part of its Sony India Hero Project. This first-person exploration game is set in an Indian museum and focuses on the critical social issue of human trafficking.

In Mukti, players navigate the museum's intricate corridors, uncovering the harsh realities and hidden stories related to human trafficking. The game aims to raise awareness, provoke thought, and inspire action through its immersive storytelling and gameplay. Each interaction is crafted to foster empathy, encourage dialogue, and stimulate change, drawing from authentic narratives and well-researched historical contexts.

underDOGS Studio is collaborating closely with PlayStation to optimize the PS5's DualSense controller features, such as haptics and adaptive triggers, to enhance the gaming experience. This includes subtle vibrations during quiet puzzle-solving moments.
