RuneScape's newest challenge, the Gate of Elidinis, has arrived! This thrilling new story quest and skilling boss fight tasks players with restoring the corrupted statue of Elidinis.
Continuing the fight against Amascut's influence (following the "Ode of the Devourer" quest), players will face a unique challenge. The once sacred Gate of Elidinis, now a haunt for lost souls trapped in Amascut's grasp, must be cleansed.
Confronting the Corruption:
Players can tackle the Gate of Elidinis boss solo or in groups of up to nine. Preparation is key; mining Moonstone and crafting Spiritual Barriers are crucial for combating the corruption. Strong Mining, Crafting, Divination, and Agility skills are essential for cleansing the statue fragments and repelling Amascut's power. Check out the official update announcement below:
Rich Rewards Await:
Victory yields valuable rewards, including new skilling and combat gear such as the Runecrafting Off-Hand "Runic Attunement" and the Divination Off-Hand "Memory Locus." A new Combat Prayer, a God Book, and a charming boss pet named Edie are also up for grabs.
The Gate of Elidinis Hunt event offers additional loot. Collect shards and complete tasks to earn cosmetic overrides and temporary buffs with the assistance of the Priestesses of Elidinis.
