Undecember is launching its thrilling new season, Trials of Power, on January 9th, bringing a host of new challenges, gear, and exciting rewards. Developed by Needs Games and published by Line Games, this hack-and-slash game is also celebrating its third anniversary with this update.
Undecember Brings Trials of Power
The highlight of Trials of Power is the new Arena dungeon, a solo challenge where players battle formidable bosses and monsters to collect Soul Stones. These stones represent a new type of Growth Gear, essential for enhancing your gameplay. To participate, players must gather Spirits from Chaos Dungeons, which not only summon stronger enemies but also amplify your rewards.
The Arena features a daunting roster of adversaries, starting with Ectasis, who wields poisonous pollen and thorny tentacles, leading up to the final boss, the Manticore, a chimera-like creature with a gorilla's upper body. The new Soul Stone, a type of Growth Gear, comes with a dedicated slot and can be leveled up using exclusive Essence earned in the Arena. As you level it up, you can unlock additional slots for further customization.
Alongside the Trials of Power, Undecember introduces the Help! Hunters! event, running from January 9th to February 6th. This event upgrades Chaos Dungeons with special Ash-covered Chaos Cards that drop event currencies. These can be exchanged for various rewards, including Essences and Unique Chests.
There Are Some Big Changes, Too
The Trials of Power update also brings significant changes to Zodiac Specialization. The revamped traits now offer benefits like increased weapon range and other perks, allowing for more diverse character builds. Additionally, players can now view all Zodiac nodes simultaneously, simplifying strategy planning.
To mark its third anniversary, Undecember is rolling out rewards from January 9th to February 6th. All players will receive the Zodiac Sprinter, a useful tool for inventory management and auto-disassembling gear, along with other rewards.
