Kemco's new visual novel, Together We Live, offers a poignant post-apocalyptic narrative exploring themes of human sin and redemption, now available exclusively on Android (following its PC release on Steam).

A Journey of Atonement

The story centers on Kyoya, who awakens in a dimly lit room in the year 4000, two millennia removed from his last memory. He finds himself in a desolate wasteland, encountering a girl burdened by a heavy mission: she's trapped in a cycle of repeated death and rebirth, perpetually atoning for humanity's past transgressions. This relentless cycle, witnessed by Kyoya, inspires him to introduce her to the concept of happiness.

The narrative unfolds at a deliberate pace, initially slow-burning before accelerating into a captivating plot with surprising twists and cleverly interwoven details.

A Thought-Provoking Experience

Unlike many visual novels, Together We Live eschews player choices, presenting a linear, interactive story. Its simple yet appealing art style complements the story's blend of beauty and sorrow. The game features full voice acting for the female protagonist, enhancing the emotional impact. Currently available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, the game lacks controller support. It's priced at $9.99 on the Google Play Store, or free for Google Play Pass subscribers.
