Embark on a rewarding side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 by helping Vostatek recover his missing horse, Pepik. This quest, "Lackey," begins at Vostatek's residence west of Tachov, where you'll speak with Zlata or Vitek to initiate the adventure.
Your journey starts with rescuing Vostatek from a wolf pack to the north. After saving him, you'll help him to his campsite, where you discover Pepik is gone. Follow the trail of clues leading from the campsite. Careful examination of each clue will guide you to a poacher's camp.
Pepik is held captive at the poacher's camp. Strategically engage the poachers, taking them down individually or in small groups to conserve your stamina and health. Alternatively, you can swiftly retrieve Pepik and escape before engaging in a full-scale battle.
Return Pepik to Vostatek's campsite. You can then choose to ride with him back to his home, a convenient fast travel option. Your reward for completing this quest is a generous sum of Groschen and access to Vostatek's home as a temporary resting place.
With the quest complete and your coffers replenished, you're free to pursue other quests, romantic interests, or upgrade your equipment in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
