Wuthering Waves has launched phase two of its 1.4 update, continuing the "When the Night Knocks" storyline. While this update doesn't include major gameplay changes, players can enjoy numerous limited-time events with valuable rewards - let's explore what's available!
First, let's examine the featured Resonators. From December 12th through January 1st, the "When Thunder Pours" event will spotlight five-star Resonator Yinlin alongside four-star Resonators Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu. Yinlin is an event-exclusive character, so this is your only chance to add them to your roster.
The "Celestial Revelation" event (running concurrently from December 12th to January 1st) features boosted drop rates for five-star Resonator Xiangli Yao and four-stars Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu. Like Yinlin, Xiangli Yao won't be available after this event concludes.

The weapon banner introduces two exciting events running December 12th through January 1st. "Stringmaster" and "Verity's Handle" showcase their respective five-star weapons as event exclusives. Players also benefit from increased drop rates for four-star weapons Waning Redshift, Jinzhou Keeper, and Hollow Mirage, with a guaranteed featured five-star weapon upon pulling a five-star item.
Throughout the holiday season, players can participate in various Pioneer Association events, Featured Combat challenges, and Recurring Combat missions (alongside Limited-time Material Drop events). These activities will remain available at different times until January. While not specifically holiday-themed, these events offer Wuthering Waves fans plenty of reasons to celebrate.
