Eliminate all viruses by matching capsules of the same color! This puzzle game features red, yellow, and blue viruses. As capsules descend, players strategically move and rotate them to create horizontal or vertical lines of four or more matching colored capsules or viruses. Matching sets are then removed.
The goal is to clear each level by removing all viruses. Game over occurs when capsules block the bottle's neck.
Players choose the difficulty (0-20 levels) at the start of each game, impacting the number of viruses to eliminate. Three speed settings control capsule descent. Scoring is based solely on virus elimination, not time or capsules used. Higher difficulty levels and faster speeds award more points for simultaneous eliminations, though chain reactions don't provide bonus points. After completing the highest difficulty level, players can continue to increase their score, though the virus count remains consistent.
