Featherweight Games, the studio behind the popular Botworld Adventure, is launching a new strategic auto-battler: Auto Pirates: Captains Cup. Currently in early access on Android (with a soft launch already complete on iOS), the full release is scheduled for August 22nd, 2024.
Following the success of titles like Botworld Adventure and Skiing Yeti Mountain, Featherweight Games ventures into the competitive strategy arena with a swashbuckling pirate theme.
Gameplay Overview:
Auto Pirates: Captains Cup challenges players to assemble their pirate crew, customize their ships, and engage in tactical sea battles to amass loot and conquer the global leaderboards. The goal is to build the ultimate pirate haven, accumulating treasure and trophies along the way.
The game features four distinct fantastical factions of pirates, each combinable with magical relics and a variety of ships, allowing for strategic experimentation. Whether you prefer explosive bombardments, daring boarding actions, fiery attacks, or skillful sinking maneuvers, the aim remains consistent: securing a place in the top 1% of players.
Boasting a roster of over 80 unique pirates (all unlockable without paying), players can choose from seven distinct classes including Boarders, Cannons, Musketeers, Defenders, and Support. With over 100 relics to discover, crafting powerful synergistic combinations is key to victory.
