The Story of The Penitent One
The game casts you as The Penitent One, the sole survivor of a brotherhood decimated during the 'Silent Sorrow.' Cursed by The Miracle, you're trapped in a cycle of death and rebirth. Your journey through Cvstodia will lead you to discover relics, rosary beads, prayers, and sword hearts, granting you new abilities and stat enhancements. The game’s distinctive, grim art style, drawing inspiration from religious iconography, creates a truly unforgettable atmosphere.
