Freedom Wars Remastered: Maximizing Combat Item Loadouts
Freedom Wars Remastered offers diverse loadout options, but Combat Items, crucial consumables, are often limited. This guide explains how to equip more and acquire additional Combat Items.
Equipping More Combat Items
Initially, you're restricted to one Combat Item. To increase your capacity, you need Entitlements:
- Access the "Window On Liberty" in your cell.
- Select "Claim Entitlements."
- Navigate to the "Equipment" section.
- Select the "One-Item Permit" (located on the right). Subsequent permits, allowing up to four Combat Items, unlock sequentially.
These permits are readily obtainable; by CODE level 3, you should possess all four. Remember, each permit unlocks only after purchasing the previous one. Equipping a Combat Item automatically equips your entire stack.
Your Accessory slot also allows for one Combat Item, used at your discretion.
Acquiring More Combat Items
After completing the initial missions, access "The Warren" HUB area. Within The Warren, locate "Zakka," a store on the upper level's right side. Here, you can purchase Combat Items under "Buy Items," categorized as Munitions (offensive) and Medical Supplies (defensive/healing).
Purchasing large quantities of Combat Items requires significant Entitlement Points. Donating old resources is advisable if you need many Medkits. While Operations occasionally reward Combat Items, this isn't a reliable farming method due to time investment and potential consumption exceeding rewards.
