The arrival of Feybreak Island in Palworld, a significant update following the game's January 2024 launch, has thrilled players. Feybreak's expansive size and abundance of new items, particularly for enhancing Pals and bases, are major highlights. One key resource you'll quickly encounter is Hexolite Quartz, crucial for crafting advanced weapons and armor.
Locating Hexolite Quartz in Palworld
Navigating Feybreak's diverse terrain can be initially daunting, but Hexolite Quartz stands out. Its distinctive holographic coloring and prominent placement make it relatively easy to find, unlike more elusive resources like Crude Oil.
Hexolite Quartz is found in large, easily visible nodes, as shown above. These nodes are plentiful across the island, particularly in grassland and beach areas, and are visible day and night, even from a distance. They respawn, ensuring a continuous supply.
Mining Hexolite Quartz
Similar to other minerals like Ore and Charcoal, you'll need an appropriate pickaxe. A Pal Metal Pickaxe is ideal, but a Refined Metal Pickaxe suffices. Ensure your pickaxe is in good repair before embarking on your mining expedition. Equipping strong Plasteel Armor is also advisable to withstand potential attacks from nearby Pals.
Each Hexolite Quartz node yields up to 80 pieces, providing a substantial amount with minimal searching. Individual pieces can also be found scattered on the ground.
