The Oceanhorn series continues with Chronos Dungeon, a title that represents a notable shift from its predecessors. Moving away from 3D graphics, the developers have embraced a classic top-down, pixelated art style reminiscent of beloved 16-bit era arcade games.
What is the story of Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon?
The once-glorious White City has vanished, consumed by the relentless seas of time. All that remains are fragmented islands adrift in the Uncharted Sea. Amidst the ruins of this fallen kingdom, four adventurers seek out forgotten legends and ancient magic.
Their goal is the Chronos Dungeon, a subterranean labyrinth where history itself can be reshaped. Hidden within is the Paradigm Hourglass, a powerful artifact capable of altering the past.
The journey is perilous. The dungeon is a living, ever-changing maze where each floor is procedurally generated. While no two expeditions are identical, your heroes are also influenced by celestial zodiac signs.
Oceanhorn: Chronos Dungeon features four distinct character classes: Knight, Huntress, Grandmaster, and Mage. You have the freedom to switch between them at will.
Designed as a cooperative multiplayer experience for up to four players, the game also allows you to control all heroes in a solo adventure. During multiplayer sessions, if a player leaves, others can seamlessly take over the remaining characters.
