Does Pity Carry Over in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium? Answered

Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium’s pity system: Does it carry over between banners?

Sunborn's Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG for PC and mobile, features gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity counter carries over between banners. The answer is: yes, for limited banners.

Your pity counter and pulls from one limited banner will transfer to the next. During the global launch, simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners demonstrated this. Pity progress accumulated on either banner, regardless of which you pulled on. This means you could nearly reach pity on one banner, then switch to the other and have a 50/50 chance at the featured character. This applies to all future limited banners.

However, the pity counter does not carry over between limited and standard banners. You can't manipulate the system by pulling on the standard banner to build pity and then switch to a limited banner.

While the hard pity is 80 pulls, soft pity begins at 58 pulls. Your chances of obtaining an SSR unit gradually increase after 58 pulls, culminating in guaranteed SSR at pull 80.

This clarifies the pity system in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium. For more game guides, including rerolling, tier lists, and mailbox locations, check out [The Escapist](replace with actual link if available).
