Developers at Arrowhead have also optimized the game's AI calculations, enhancing responsiveness in battles with a large number of spawned enemies. While this adjustment elevates the challenge, it introduces a minor trade-off in overall game performance, as noted by the development team.
These updates significantly impact the Automatons, making them more formidable adversaries. Their reaction speed has notably improved in large groups, demanding players to adapt and strategize more effectively. Additionally, the stratagem loadout menu has been revamped with a clearer categorization of different stratagem categories, streamlining the player experience.

Sony Interactive Entertainment recently unveiled the next Warbond for Helldivers 2, titled Borderline Justice. This expansion embraces the "space cowboy" theme, introducing new firearms such as the R-6 Deadeye lever-action hunting rifle, the LAS-58 Talon "revolver" secondary, and the TED-63 Dynamite.
The GS-17 Frontier Marshal and GS-66 Lawmaker heavy armor sets align with the space cowboy aesthetic, complete with classic holsters and bandoliers. The Gunslinger armor passive enhances secondary weapon performance by boosting reload speed, draw/holster speed, and reducing recoil. The Warbond release is scheduled for March 20.
