Beyond the big hits, numerous strong ex cards enriched my decks. While I missed Hop's Zacian ex and Lillie's Clefairy ex Special Art Rare, the sheer volume of chances made it worthwhile. A Booster Box is ideal for pack-opening enthusiasts or those seeking a collection boost.
Journey Together Elite Trainer Box
The Elite Trainer Box offers a premium experience. N's Zorua promo, along with sleeves, dice, and condition markers, enhance gameplay. Nine booster packs yielded Iono's Kilowattrel Illustration Rare, Articuno Illustration Rare, and a Veluza ex. While fewer hits than a Booster Box, the structured presentation and extras make it a great option for those seeking a blend of pack-opening fun and collectible items.
Journey Together Build & Battle Box
The Build & Battle Box offers a different experience. The prebuilt 40-card deck allows immediate gameplay. My promo was Hop's Snorlax, boosting Hop's Pokémon by 30 damage. Four packs yielded Mamoswine ex and Swinub Illustration Rare, perfectly complementing the deck's theme. Fewer rare pulls than a Booster Box, but ideal for quickly starting gameplay with the new set. Multiple promo cards make it tempting to buy more.
