COMPETE WITH FRIENDS
In START7, your team faces off against the teams of other managers in your league. Create a league with up to 12 managers and compete head-to-head. Discuss strategies with friends and battle it out to see who earns the most points from their players’ real-world performances.
STAY CONNECTED, WHEREVER YOU ARE
Your team earns points based on your players’ real-match performance. Points are awarded using the Handball Bundesliga’s official performance index, which gives a realistic assessment of each player’s actions. For every DAIKIN HBL player, you receive live performance and positional data straight from the court to your smartphone. Based on this data, your players earn positive or negative points for every match event, which add up to your total score after each matchday.

In the lobby, you can view last month’s top scorers, track new releases on the transfer market, and follow the latest transfers within your league. Stay up to date with everything happening in the DAIKIN HBL through the in-app news feed.
BUILD YOUR SQUAD WITH THE STARS
Assemble your team across seven positions. You can have a maximum of 18 players in your squad, and you can swap them before each matchday according to their position. Players in your active lineup earn points during their real matches, contributing to your overall score. Earning positive points on a matchday also increases your in-game account balance.
TRADE PLAYERS ON THE VIRTUAL TRANSFER MARKET
Each real player is available only once per league. After joining a league, you receive a random team of 10 players and a starting budget, but you can adjust your squad later via the transfer market. Sell your players or bid on handball stars listed by other managers in your league or by START7 itself. Supply and demand drive player values, which are updated daily.
THE BUNDESLIGA PLAYER TAKES CENTER STAGE
As a START7 manager, you can select any licensed DAIKIN HBL player for your squad. Choose your favorite stars from your preferred club or promising young rookies—it’s your call. Explore detailed player profiles in the app to learn more about each athlete and their stats. Insights from player statistics help you build a winning team.
