Cassette Beasts Launches on Android: Transform into Monsters!

After numerous delays, Cassette Beasts has finally made its global debut on Android. Developed by Bytten Studio and published by Raw Fury, this intriguing game arrives on mobile platforms two years following its initial PC release.

Let me introduce you to Cassette Beasts. If you're unfamiliar with cassettes, those vintage music-playing devices your parents might have used, a quick Google search can bring you up to speed.

Play the Cassette Beasts on Your Player

In Cassette Beasts, you find yourself stranded on an enigmatic island known as New Wirral, a place that seems out of time and place. Here, monsters roam freely, and inhabitants transform into creatures to combat these threats, all while relying on cassette tapes for various functions.

Your mission is to survive on the island and find a way back home. To achieve this, you'll use a cassette player to record the monsters you encounter. By playing back these recordings, you can transform into the recorded monsters.

Forge strong bonds with the residents of Harbourtown, and you'll unlock the ability to fuse monster forms with your partner, creating extraordinary hybrids. With the potential to combine any two monsters, the possibilities are virtually limitless.

There’s a Whole World to Explore

New Wirral is brimming with dungeons, puzzles, and secret locations that you can only access by harnessing specific monster abilities. You might find yourself gliding over cliffs, swimming through mysterious waters, scaling seemingly insurmountable walls, or even becoming magnetic.

The game features a turn-based combat system enriched with an elemental chemistry mechanic. Strategically combining different types can disrupt your enemies, enhance your team, or even alter an opponent's elemental type during battle.

Cassette Beasts supports Bluetooth controllers, though you may encounter minor issues. The game is free to play, so why not give it a try? You can download it from the Google Play Store.
