Once Human Mobile Launch Confirmed for April 2025!
After much anticipation, NetEase has finally announced a firm release date for Once Human on mobile devices. Android and iOS users can expect the survival sandbox experience to arrive in April 2025. Pre-registrations are open now!
Initially slated for a January 2025 launch (per the App Store listing), the game will now debut in April. This delay allows for further optimization, ensuring smooth gameplay even on lower-end mobile hardware. The mobile version promises to retain the immersive depth of the PC experience.
This announcement follows a closed beta test (November 28th onwards), which provided valuable player feedback used to refine the game.
NetEase's plans extend beyond the mobile launch. A console release and full cross-platform support are in the works, promising a unified player experience across all platforms.
Exciting new content is also planned for 2025. Three new scenarios – Code: Purification, Code: Deviation, and Code: Broken – will launch starting in Q3, introducing diverse challenges ranging from environmental restoration to intense PvP combat.
The Visional Wheel update arrives January 16th, adding fresh content and strategic elements to existing scenarios. Events like the Lunar Oracle will increase the difficulty, focusing on resource management and player resilience. Custom server functionality is also on the roadmap, allowing for personalized gameplay with friends.
