The Best Deck for Victoria Hand
Victoria Hand pairs perfectly with a Devil Dinosaur card-generation deck. This powerful combo is enhanced by Quinjet, Mirage, Frigga, Valentina, Cosmo, The Collector, Agent Coulson, Agent 13, Kate Bishop, and Moon Girl.
Consider Iron Patriot, Mystique, and Speed as flexible replacements for Agent 13, Kate Bishop, and Frigga.
Victoria Hand Deck Synergies
- Victoria Hand enhances cards added to your hand by generators.
- Agent Coulson, Agent 13, Mirage, Frigga, Valentina, Kate Bishop, and Moon Girl are your card generators. (Frigga and Moon Girl also duplicate key cards for extra buffs or disruption.)
- Quinjet reduces the cost of generated cards.
- The Collector gains power with each generated card.
- Cosmo protects your Devil Dino and Victoria Hand lane.
- Devil Dino is your primary win condition, ideally played after Moon Girl or with multiple generated cards in hand.
Some players report Victoria Hand might buff cards generated in the opponent's hand or cards that change locations. Whether this is a bug or intended functionality remains unclear; if not a bug, the card text needs clarification. Regardless, it’s a factor to consider.
How to Play Victoria Hand Effectively
Playing a Victoria Hand deck effectively requires:
- Balancing card generation and energy: Aim for a full hand for optimal Devil Dino growth, but also generate cards and utilize Victoria Hand's effect efficiently. Skipping turns to maintain a full hand is sometimes crucial.
- Using joker cards strategically: The deck generates many random cards; use these strategically to mislead your opponent.
- Protecting your Ongoing lane: Expect your opponent to target your Victoria Hand lane. Play Devil Dino and Victoria Hand together and protect them with Cosmo.
Alternative Discard Deck for Victoria Hand
Victoria Hand is also effective in discard decks. A strong lineup includes Helicarrier, MODOK, Morbius, Scorn, Blade, Apocalypse, Swarm, Corvus Glaive, Colleen Wing, Lady Sif, and The Collector.
How to Counter Victoria Hand
Super Skrull is an excellent counter. He's also beneficial against Doctor Doom 2099 decks, making him a strong tech card regardless of the opponent's strategy. Shadow King removes Victoria Hand's buffs in one lane, while Enchantress removes all Ongoing effects. Valkyrie can also disrupt power distribution in key lanes.
Is 'Victoria Hand' Worth It?
