What's the Pokémon GO Safari Ball?

The global Wild Area event runs from November 23rd to November 24th, 2024, concluding at 6:15 pm local time. Crucially, any unused Safari Balls vanish from your inventory after the event ends.
During the event, the Safari Ball becomes the primary tool for capturing powerful Pokémon. The decision to introduce this ball in a new event, rather than existing Safari Zone or City Safari events, is intriguing.
