Innkeepers are found on most islands, usually near a structure (shack, tent, sleeping bag) or sometimes near trees. They may be easily missed, so it's advisable to interact with every NPC encountered in a new area to identify them.
Once located, interact with the Innkeeper. The cost to set a new spawn point is a consistent 35C$, regardless of the island. You can change your spawn location as many times as needed.
