Customers can register through the app or with support from UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval as per the T&Cs. Enrollment is complete only after approval.
Once successfully enrolled, mechanics, retailers, and end consumers can use the app to access benefits tailored to their category.
Retailers:
Retailers can submit 'Retailer Loyalty Coupons,' view the E-Catalogue, register mechanics, redeem points on their behalf, and place orders using the app.
Mechanics:
Mechanics earn loyalty benefits and can redeem coupon points on selected UNO Minda products with the UNO Star coupon. They can also browse the E-Catalogue.
Consumers:
Consumers can explore the E-Catalogue, learn about UNO Minda products, and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
