The Dexcom G6 and G6 Pro CGM Systems offer continuous glucose monitoring for individuals with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, eliminating the need for fingerstick calibration.* This app is exclusively for users of these systems.

Providing real-time glucose readings every five minutes for children aged 2 and up, the Dexcom G6 and G6 Pro systems deliver crucial information about your glucose levels and their trends. This enables proactive diabetes management. Personalized alerts notify you of high or low glucose levels directly on your compatible smart device, empowering you to take timely action.
The Dexcom G6 system offers a customizable Alert Schedule** allowing you to tailor alert settings to your daily activities. You can select custom alert sounds, including a vibrate-only option for phone alerts (excluding the Urgent Low Alarm, which cannot be disabled).
The Always Sound feature (enabled by default) ensures you receive key alerts even when your phone is silenced, on vibrate, or in Do Not Disturb mode. This includes the Urgent Low Alarm, Low and High Glucose alerts, Urgent Low Soon Alert, and Rise and Fall Rate alerts**. A home screen icon indicates whether alerts will sound. For safety reasons, the Urgent Low Alarm and alerts for Transmitter Failure, Sensor Failure, and App Stoppage cannot be silenced.
Additional features include:
- Real-time data sharing: Share your glucose data with up to ten followers using the Dexcom Follow** app (internet connection required).
