Battle Crush Announces EOS Just Few Months After Early Access Launch

NCSoft's Multiplayer MOBA, Battle Crush, is shutting down. This is surprising, given the game never reached a full release, only seeing a global test in August 2023 and early access in June 2024. The closure is swift, happening just months after its early access launch.

Battle Crush End of Service (EOS) Date:

The game servers will officially shut down on November 29th, 2024. In-game purchases have already ceased. However, players who made purchases between June 27th, 2024, and October 23rd, 2024, are eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Android and Steam players will be processed between December 2nd, 2024, and January 2025. Players should download any desired content before November 28th, 2024, as the game will become inaccessible afterward.

The official website will remain online until May 30th, 2025, for support purposes. Social media and Discord channels will close on January 31st, 2025.

Unexpected Closure?

The announcement is understandably disappointing for players who invested time in Battle Crush. While enjoyable, the game's gameplay suffered from occasional clunkiness and pacing issues, preventing it from reaching its full potential. These shortcomings ultimately contributed to its premature closure.

You can still download and play Battle Crush on the Google Play Store before the November 29th shutdown. For more gaming news, check out our upcoming coverage of Black Desert Mobile's story-driven Autumn Season quests.
