Monster Hunter Now's Holiday Extravaganza: Happy Hunting New Year & More!
Christmas is just around the corner, and with 2024 drawing to a close, Niantic is preparing a special holiday event for Monster Hunter Now players. The annual Happy Hunting New Year celebration starts December 23rd, offering year-end deals and exclusive items to ring in 2025 in style.
Limited-time quests, available until December 31st, will reward players with Palisnow, redeemable for event-exclusive items such as a Lagombi Christmas Sweater layered equipment. The Happy Hunting New Year 2025 Medal and a Final Hunt 2024 guild card background will also be available. Hunters can also challenge rare monsters like Gold Rathian, Black Diablos, and Coral Pukei-Pukei for Mysterious Driftstones, which can be exchanged for armor skills like Critical Boost and Fire Attack.
The New Year celebrations continue into January! From January 1st to January 5th, Deviljho, Zinogre, and Rajang will have increased appearance rates, giving players a boosted chance to obtain a First Hunt 2025 guild card background.
