Navy Update Lands in Warpath with 100 New Ships

Lilith Games' military strategy MMO, Warpath, receives a significant naval expansion. This update introduces a comprehensive Naval Force system, boasting nearly 100 meticulously detailed and realistically modeled ships.

Warpath's Navy Update Deployed

Players can now command powerful vessels, each mirroring real-world counterparts in their combat capabilities. The Nimitz-Class Aircraft Carrier allows for long-range aerial assaults, while the Project 971 Submarine excels in stealth ambushes. The Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyer delivers precise, high-impact guided missile strikes.

The Naval Force is categorized into six distinct combat roles:

  • Submarines: Masters of stealth, utilizing Silent Running for covert operations.
  • Anti-Submarine Frigates: Swift hunters, specifically designed to counter submarines.
  • Aircraft Carriers: Long-range powerhouses, launching devastating air strikes.
  • Anti-Aircraft Destroyers: Defenders of the skies, also capable of surface engagements.
  • Armored Destroyers: Slow but heavily armored, acting as formidable frontline units.
  • Guided Missile Destroyers: Long-range specialists, ideal for eliminating enemy bases from a distance.

Strategic depth is enhanced through carefully balanced ship interactions. Submarines can effectively ambush carriers, but risk detection by faster frigates. Armored Destroyers absorb damage while missile destroyers provide long-range firepower.

Further Enhancements

Naval Force battles have been refined, with adjusted attack and defense values to promote tactical gameplay. Ships can now fire while moving. January also features exclusive in-game events.
