Locating Naoise Nallinto

Reach Act III: Progress through the game until you reach the early stages of Act III and arrive at Wyrm's Crossing on your journey to Baldur's Gate.

Visit Sharess' Caress: Locate Sharess' Caress brothel, situated on the eastern side of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate. If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, use the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing fast-travel point for quick access.

Find the Nymph's Grotto: On the second floor, look for a door with a green light and ivy. This is the entrance to the Nymph's Grotto. The door is locked, requiring a lockpick skill check of 10 or higher to open.
Initiating the Romance

The Mental Romance: Naoise will initiate a mental romance, asking you to choose what you "will be." Options include: Revered, Contented, Powerful, Rich, or declining the encounter. Choosing "Contented" leads to a unique romantic scene.
