Beloved Buddies Event in Pokémon GO Enhances Player Bonds

Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers, because the Beloved Buddies event is about to make your gaming experience even more exciting! This event is set to kick off from February 11th to February 15th, and it's all about deepening your connection with your Pokémon. The highlight? The debut of Dhelmise, the Sea Creeper Pokémon, which you can catch and battle in raids for the first time.

During the Beloved Buddies event, you'll earn double XP for every Pokémon you catch, making it the perfect time to level up. Plus, Lure Modules will last a full hour, attracting a variety of Pokémon such as Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis. Catching any of these will reward you with an additional 500 Stardust per catch, so keep your Poké Balls ready!

The wild Pokémon scene is buzzing with more frequent appearances of some fan favorites. Keep an eye out for Shiny Diglett and Shiny Dunsparce, as they'll be popping up more often. You'll also encounter Nidoran, Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Remoraid, Mantine, Plusle, Minun, Volbeat, Illumise, Cutiefly, and Fomantis more frequently during your adventures.

Raids are set to offer a range of challenges, from one-star to mega battles. In one-star raids, you'll face Shellder, Dwebble, and Skrelp, with Skrelp having an increased chance of being shiny. Three-star raids will feature Slowbro, Hippowdon, and the debuting Dhelmise. For those looking for a bigger challenge, five-star raids will feature Enamorus in its Incarnate Forme, while Mega Raids will bring the formidable Mega Tyranitar.
