While Reflexive Rubber contributes to Elastic Strength, it can also be used strategically even without needing to fully charge the passive. This allows for more frequent use of his powerful inflated state. Stacking shields from Flexible Elongation with his inflated form can result in a massive health pool, making him exceptionally durable.
