How To Find the Trader in Garbage in Stalker 2

Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

After exiting the Lesser Zone, your journey continues into the challenging Garbage area. Due to its distance from your starting base, encountering traders in this region will take some time.

Stalker 2 Garbage Trader Locations

Initially, your quest markers won't directly guide you to the Slag Heap hub. Progressing the main storyline is key; completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest unlocks this location. This involves prior visits to the Detention Center and the Laboratory, before meeting Scar. Following this, the game will direct you to the Slag Heap, though you can explore it earlier—it's situated north of the laboratory.

The Slag Heap features two valuable traders. Boozer, located conveniently at the entrance, runs a bar selling food and drinks, and readily accepts various items for trade.

Huron, the second trader, is found by heading left and then through the open door on your right. He specializes in weapons and equipment. His room also serves as your stash, allowing you to store excess items. Interacting with Huron can also initiate a side quest.

While not a trader, a Tech resides at the back of the left corridor in the Slag Heap. You'll inevitably encounter him, as interacting with Diode is necessary for the main quest's progression.
