What Does the Weird Flower Do in Stalker 2?

In Stalker 2, the Poppy Field Anomaly holds a unique Artifact: the Weird Flower. This guide explains how to find and utilize this item.

Locating the Weird Flower

The Weird Flower is situated in the northern part of the Poppy Field, beyond the central L-shaped building. Be warned: the field's effects induce drowsiness and hallucinations. Carry plenty of Non-Stop Energy Drinks to mitigate these effects. The Artifact appears as a small, blue flower on the ground.

Utilizing the Weird Flower

Equip the Weird Flower in an available Artifact slot above your Quick Access menu. The number of slots depends on your gear; new players typically have only one.

The Weird Flower provides a temporary stealth bonus, but only after sleeping while wearing it. A bed suitable for this purpose is located in a side room at the Trader's in the Lesser Zone. Sleeping advances time, so a morning nap might result in waking up at night.

The Weird Flower's practical value is limited due to the scarcity of sleeping locations. Its stealth benefit may not be worthwhile for all players. Selling it to a trader is a viable option.
