Royal Petrol Gas Station Loyalty Program
The company Royal Petrol LLP owns the fueling station networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.
Program - a loyalty initiative for regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol fueling station network and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the Company, at its discretion, rewards Members for their purchases by granting bonus points (Bonuses), offering special discounts, and creating tailored promotions based on Participant interests.
Rules - the official terms and conditions of the loyalty program for members.
Participant - an individual aged 14 or older, who is legally permitted to carry out minor everyday transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. A Participant must have an individual identification number issued under the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - personal details provided by an individual wishing to join the Program during registration. By completing the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily and in their own interest gives full consent to the Company to process their personal data (as per the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection") included in the form. Processing methods include, but are not limited to: organizing and executing promotional and informational mailings via email, messengers, SMS, phone calls, or postal mail; and automated data processing, including database creation. This consent remains valid until the Participant submits a written withdrawal.
Virtual Card - an electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical form.

Mobile application – Royal Petrol software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms. The Company owns the Mobile Application.
Bonus points (Bonuses) - reward units granted by the Company when a Participant buys goods at Royal Petrol stations under Program terms. 1 Bonus point equals 1 tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only for purchases within the Royal Petrol station network.
Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – a record in the Program Database tracking accrued/spent Bonuses and the Participant's current balance.
