Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete Snack Guide: Maximize Friendship Levels

This guide covers everything you need to know about snacks in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, from obtaining them to maximizing their use for friendship level boosts. Increasing animal friendship levels is crucial for leveling up your Camp Manager level.

Obtaining Snacks in Pocket Camp Complete

The most reliable method for acquiring snacks is through Gulliver's Ship.

Gulliver's Ship Guide

Sending Gulliver to special "gold islands" (identified by Villager Maps) yields the best snack rewards. Completing a special island awards 20 Gold Treats as a bonus. If you've already collected all Villager Maps, sending Gulliver to any island offers various snacks. Isle of Style islands guarantee 3 Gold Treats as souvenirs, plus another 3 as a completion bonus.

You can view three islands at a time; one free refresh is allowed daily. Gulliver's voyages require cargo, craftable in your furniture catalog. Island type influences snack type; use the magnifying glass icon to preview. Longer voyages (6 hours) generally offer more treats. For example, Piano Island provides all Tart Snack variations.

Alternative Snack Sources

  • Requests and Gifts: Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats can be earned by fulfilling requests or receiving gifts.
  • Daily Goals: Silver and Gold Treats are often awarded as daily goals.
  • Blathers's Treasure Trek: Use Leaf Tokens for an auto-trek to collect Bronze, Silver, and Gold Treats from Villager Maps.

Understanding Snacks

Snacks are categorized as either regular or themed.

  • Regular Snacks: Bronze, Silver, and Gold Treats are universally liked. Gold Treats provide the most friendship points (25).
  • Themed Snacks: These include Plain Donut, etc., and come in three tiers: Plain, Tasty, and Gourmet. Gourmet snacks yield the most friendship points, but are harder to obtain.

There are 36 snack types in total. Below is a table summarizing them:

Giving Snacks to Animals

Always check an animal's theme before gifting a snack. Matching themes maximize friendship points. Generic treats (Bronze, Silver, Gold) work for all animals. Ten Gold Treats can boost a level 1 animal to level 15. Check an animal's theme icon at your campsite or in your Contacts/Pete's Parcel Service. Select "Have a snack!" (highlighted red) to give a treat.
