Murderworld Mayhem:
Arcade, the master of deadly theme parks, has unleashed his twisted Murderworlds within The Contest. These aren't your average amusement parks; they're designed for both entertainment and annihilation. Arcade aims for a high body count, challenging players to outsmart his deadly games or even team up to defeat him.
Spotlight on New Champions:
The Raft, the Battlerealm's maximum-security prison, is in lockdown due to a gamma radiation incident. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot, who's in dire straits. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced intellect is causing widespread mind control among heroes and villains alike.
Patriot (Eli Bradley), grandson of a Super Soldier and co-founder of the Young Avengers, joins the fight on July 18th. His legacy as a hero is undeniable.
On the villainous side, The Leader (Samuel Sterns), a former chemical plant worker transformed by a gamma explosion into a super-genius, arrives on August 1st. Instead of using his intellect for good, he embraced villainy, becoming a formidable foe and the Hulk's nemesis.
